I swear everything in that picture used to be my mantra a few years back. I kept to it, I really did. But then after a while, I don't know what happened, I think I got caught up in matters that seemed important then and naturally some other things took the backseat. But in retrospect I guess we all go through some off phases before we actually find our footing.

Every time I feel slightly off inside or the biggest loser on the planet all I have to do is think of my favourite songs and everything seems to be clearer. Such is the power of music to lift your soul.
