Spirals
So often are we caught up in our own lives, drawn under the impression that others are interested
to hear our two cents worth, or even convinced that what we say makes a difference. Sauntering
down hallways, paths or roads sub-consciously fancying that today will be the day our lives will change forever in some grand way, that our story has finally started to build to its climax. Secretly,
who doesn't enjoy being the protagonist? Except that reality usually disappoints, there is no admirer waiting to confess in an extravagant setting, no golden opportunity that takes you places, none of
the wacky-fantasy-comedy stuff either. Just normality. The constant passing of days subsequently becomes a blur, with the concept of time lost until we get jolted again by the demands of an
average life - work, deadlines and responsibilities.
